First time here and I loved their breakfast! Their croissant sandwich was divine! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, not many people are like that in Ny! Highly recommend this place for breakfast and a quick bite!

This was my favorite spot for morning egg bowls. Living closeby, I love the egg cup until now. What is happening to egg+chive+bacen+cheddar bowl? I understand the price is rocketing up from 7$ to today 12$ over past 4 years if it is what it takes. However, I ordered one egg bowl today. It is not creamy as it used to be but dry and tasteless. Very very disappointing.  Change of the chefs is normal. But don't give a bump to the taste of the food!

The restaurant got to fix this. This is, at least in some sense, a neighborhood place. It doesn't feel like so any more.

DON'T COME HERE. There's better places in the area

Don't be fooled by the ambience and upbeat music of this place. Their service is terrible and they take THE LONGEST time to make simple breakfast bowls. There isn't many people here and we did not have orders in front of us so I seriously don't understand the hold up. Do not come here if you want something quick. Originally got their breakfast and granola bowls to stay but changed it take-away because they're slow.

Even worse, they gave made the wrong order an insisted that this is what I ordered... and the employee gave me the worst attitude when I said it wasn't. And argued back that I ordered something else..which doesn't even make sense because it wasn't on the menu. She gave me a cheaper version of what I ordered. This is ridiculous. Never coming back.

A chill spot in the neighborhood. The setting do the cafe was great and the staff was very friendly.
Got a fruit cup and a green tea latte. The quality was pretty good : fruits were fresh, and the strawberries inside were actually sweet - not that common. The matcha latte got skim milk option and the taste was a little bland to me.
    A nice little spot overall.

I stopped in to grab a large latte and a sandwich for lunch on the way home which I've done before - I only live down the street. It came to a little over $18, which I know may be considered a bit steep, but it is a good sandwich and the coffee is really decent too - there's my justification! However, when I took the lid off the coffee to stir up the caramel flavoring, which tasted pretty weak I noticed the latte was two thirds coffee and one third foam and even that didn't fill the cup. I just felt like they were skimping on the coffee to improve their overheads. Is this a new business practice for the 11th St.Cafe? Did I complain or mention it? - no, which I know is my own fault - I just didn't feel like it - you know how that is sometimes. So ... I'll be trying out the competition in the WV in future - not going back to 11th St. Cafe any time soon.
